Arcane is provided for personal, non-commercial use as an entertainment, decision-making, and habit-randomization tool. You are responsible for ensuring that any activities or habits you randomize and execute are safe, legal, and appropriate.
The App operates entirely locally on your device. We do not guarantee backing up or restoring your configured options. In the event of device damage, app deletion, or device factory resetting, all customization configurations and logs will be lost permanently.
Arcane is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty of any kind. We make no representations about the reliability, suitability, or safety of decisions made using the App's randomizer features.
In no event shall the developer or Arcane be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.
All intellectual property rights associated with the App's designs, graphics, branding, and core code are owned exclusively by us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App following updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
